Welcome to Silver End Community First Responders

Cherry Tree in Silver End School

We are a small team of volunteers who are trained to respond to emergency calls through the 999 system in conjunction with the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

Based in the community and surrounding area of Silver End, we are able to attend a patient in a very short time - often within the first few minutes so we can begin the vital life saving first aid before the arrival of the ambulance, further increasing the patient’s chance of survival.

But we need more volunteers, our aim is to have a group of over 15 volunteers so that we can provide the best 24 hour 365 days a year cover for our villages.  

Silver End Responders are playing a vital role within our local community.
